Who are the Witchbrook characters?

The official Steam description says characters follow unique daily schedules, work in local businesses, study in the library, visit the pub, and join seasonal events. Their routines continue as the player attends classes and explores.

The most specific confirmed cast information concerns the romanceable covenmates. The Dating on Campus developer blog says there are 11 romanceable characters and publicly names Hana, Eli, Cormac, Pip, Leif, and Evadne. The remaining five names are not yet confirmed in the collected sources.

Confirmed covenmate names

Hana is identified in the earlier official material as the first datable character. Eli Ivers is the Witchbrook Oracle editor and a familiar face around campus. The later dating preview adds Cormac, Pip, Leif, and Evadne to the publicly named group.

Leif is described as a green-thumbed witch with a warm, sunny personality. Evadne is presented as a whimsical student who might invent a potion while trying to make toast and who helps other people come out of their shell. Those descriptions are official character introductions, but they are not complete stat sheets or gameplay guides.

The developers say each covenmate has a personality, interests, quirks, daily routine, and story arc. A player can spend time with them, exchange gifts, go on dates, or follow their stories through friendship. The official material does not provide a final searchable roster of every professor, shopkeeper, or resident, so unnamed NPCs should not be invented for this page.

How character routines shape play

Characters do not simply wait in one location. The official sources describe schedules that change as the academic year and seasons progress. People can be working, studying, eating, attending festivals, or participating in other parts of town life, and the world reacts to weather, time, and local events.

Those routines connect social play to exploration.
